Congress returns to work this week and the National Cotton Council is one organization that continues efforts to protect U.S. agriculture’s interests in Washington. And while WOTUS, the Waters of the U.S. is not a topic likely to be discussed the next few weeks Robbie Minnich, NCC’s Senior Government Relations Representative, says they recently joined a group with concerns on that very topic.
