The Annual Southern Peanut Growers Conference took place this past weekend in Miramar Beach, Florida. One of the guest speakers was chairman of the House Committee on Agriculture, Rep. Mike Conaway of Texas. He stressed the importance of preparing now for the 2018 Farm Bill.
