The U.S. Senate has announced a vote has been scheduled for this afternoon on ending debate on the GMO labeling bill. The Senate already voted 68-29 to move ahead with debate and the crucial procedural vote on the bipartisan GMO labeling bill which is needed to pre-empt a patchwork of conflicting state laws with a national label of some kind.
