Cotton producers can now sign up for cost-share assistance payments through the new Cotton Ginning Cost-Share Program. USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) Administrator Val Dolcini says producers should have received a letter in the mail that needs to be filled out and sent or taken back to their FSA office.
