The U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) continues their work to increase exports of U.S. meat products into other countries. And we are all familiar with the beef and pork checkoff, and how efforts through them help increase exports of our products. USMEF Senior Vice President for Global Marketing, Dan Halstrom, says the checkoff programs play a big role in what they do and has an example of that through the beef checkoff program.
