University of Florida Looking at BQA Program

cattle ranchingWe told you a couple of weeks ago that the University of Florida was working with the Beef Quality Assurance program, in conjunction with other universities across the country, to see how it’s doing. Dwain Johnson, UF professor of meat science, says the effort is to see if there are areas that the BQA program needs to concentrate on in the future.
