Whether its beef, pork or lamb products, the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) works every day to increase exports of these into other countries. So I asked USMEF Senior Vice President for Global Marketing, Dan Halstrom, if trying to place these products into other countries involved the same efforts or if they varied from country to country.
