While the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal has been reached by the member nations, we are all waiting for U.S. congressional approval. But there are some who feel that beings this is an election year, not much action is expected until after all of that is done. U.S. Meat Export Federation President and CEO, Phillip Seng, hopes that is not the case.
