During last week’s Cattle Industry Convention in San Diego, one topic that many were discussing was the Waters of the U.S. rule. But as we know, the joint resolution to disapprove the Waters of the U.S. rule passed by both the House and Senate was vetoed by the president. Now there are still lawsuits pending to try and stop it, including one that the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association is a part of.
