In 2014, Citrus Research and Development Foundation (CRDF) President Tom Jerkins had a large gathering of growers chanting, “We want bactericides now!” With possible federal approval of bactericides for use against HLB looming, Jerkins updates his comments about the need for bactericides (first report). In the second report, CRDF Chief Operations Officer Harold Browning updates progress on the use of bactericides for HLB.
