Climate change is an issue we hear about quite frequently and according to Dr. William Puckett, Executive Director of the Alabama Soil and Water Conservation Committee, it’s one they’ve had discussions about especially at the Alabama Association of Conservation Districts annual meeting held just a few weeks ago.
