We told you last week that farmers who signed up for either the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) or Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs would receive safety-net payments for the 2014 crop year. There was a delay in getting payments out to some farmers, but according to Tyron Spearman, those payments should now be ready.
