The Florida Tomato Committee and the Florida Tomato Exchange is holding their 40th Annual Joint Tomato Conference this week at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Beach Resort in Naples. The event kicks off today, September 8 as a Tomato Food Safety Workshop will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the Welcome Social taking place this evening. On Wednesday, the Institute itself will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a variety of speakers scheduled. For more information go to floridatomatoes.org.
