The U.S. Cattlemen’s Association joins the list of organizations urging national adoption of the injunction filed in North Dakota over the “Waters of the U.S.” rule. The EPA claims the injunction only applied to the 13 states included in that lawsuit because other courts denied an injunction in separate lawsuits.
