The University of Florida and University of Georgia hold a Corn Silage and Forage Field Day each year which rotates between Citra, Florida and Tifton, Georgia. This year’s event took place recently in Tifton and Jerry Wasdin, University of Florida Department of Animal Sciences Beef and Dairy Units Coordinator, said next year the event will be back in Citra.
