Putnam on Trade Promotion Authority

Many ag groups have been asking Congress to pass Trade Promotion Authority and Thursday, the U.S. Senate cleared a major procedural hurdle by voting 62-38 to end debate on the bill, moving it towards a final vote. TPA is a topic that Southeast AgNet recently discussed with Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam, and Josh McGill has the story.
