Producer Comments on Waters of the U.S. Needed

There was a lot in the news last week concerning the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed waters of the U.S. rule. And National Cattlemen’s Beef Association’s Immediate Past President Scott George urges producers to comment on this rule.
