Parts of the Southeast suffered serious damage from the recent storm that trounced across much of the nation. Chief of the Natural Resources Conservation Service, Jason Weller, notes that although they are not a disaster response agency, they can help those affected recover, with programs such as the Emergency Watershed Protection Program.
