One of the speakers today during the National Association of Farm Broadcaster’s Washington Watch, was USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service Chief Jason Weller. Southeast AgNet’s Gary Cooper was able to ask him how NRCS will be involved after the recent storms which spawned tornadoes in North Alabama and left flooding issues in South Alabama and across parts of Florida. He also looks at how they have been working with the drought situation out West.
