Florida NRCS Will be Looking to Assist Rain-Ravaged Areas

Jeff Norville, Area Conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service for Florida’s Panhandle, says that they will be assessing how they can assist with the effects of the torrential rains that have wreaked havoc on that area.
