A Brazilian cotton delegation has caused quite a stir during a recent visit to Washington D.C. According to Gary Adams with the National Cotton Council, the delegation misrepresented the carefully negotiated agreement between U.S. and Brazilian cotton grower organizations and wrongly portrayed the reformed cotton provisions in the farm legislation currently being considered by Congress.
