The Georgia Agriculture Tax Exemption program (GATE) is now underway, and Georgia Cotton Commission’s Richey Seaton reminds farmers that the new GATE certificate replaces and expands upon the Agricultural Certificate of Exemption form producers currently use to receive existing sales tax exemptions.
