FL Producers Encouraged to Signup for EQIP and WHIP by Nov 16

FL producers have until November 16, 2012, to sign up for two popular programs under the Natural Resources Conservation Service. FL NRCS State Conservationist Carlos Suarez encourages producers to visit with a local USDA service center regarding the Environmental Quality Incentives Program and the Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program.
