The 2012 Swisher Sweets/Sunbelt Expo Southeastern Farmer of the Year has been awarded to Florida dairyman Mr. Dale McClellan from Citrus County.

The Alabama state winner was Mr. Sam Givhan, owner of a diversified family farm in the west-central part of the state.
