Due to worsening drought conditions and expected much lower corn yields, a group of meat and poultry organizations have asked the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to waive the federal mandate for the production of corn ethanol. Of course there are two sides to this request as we first hear from National Cattlemen’s Beef Association President J.D. Alexander and then in response from Renewable Fuels Association President and CEO Bob Dinneen.
