Before HLB was discovered in Florida, many said the Diaprepes root weevil was the worst thing a citrus grower could deal with. Citrus Research and Development Foundation Chief Operations Officer Harold Browning says Diaprepes is still a problem and tells how the foundation might help bring solutions to growers.
