The budget proposed by the Florida Department of Agriculture and passed by the Florida State Legislature this year did not include funding for the continuation of the Livestock Market News Service in the state, but Florida Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam told me they are working with industry officials to try and keep that service going.
