NRCS Working with Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Task Force

John HankinsonThe Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Task Force was developed to effectively address the damage caused by the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill, address the longstanding ecological decline, and begin moving toward a more resilient Gulf Coast ecosystem. And Task Force executive director, John Hankinson, says they have been working closely with entities such as the Natural Resources Conservation Service in order to accomplish these goals. The following two reports have more details on the efforts of both Alabama and Florida NRCS.
