This week’s Commissioner’s Spotlight is Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Adam Putnam’s report about the presentation of the Woman of the Year in Agriculture Award to Ann Holt of Belle Glade, during the opening-day luncheon at the Florida State Fair in Tampa this coming Thursday, February 10th as the Commissioner will be presenting the award to Mrs. Holt.
