The House of Representatives did pass the Health Care Reform law in a 245 to 189 vote yesterday as House Republicans are beginning work on specific bills intended to dismantle the health care law. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack expressed disappointment with the U.S. House vote to repeal the Affordable Care Act saying folks in rural America have suffered from a broken health care system for far too long.
