Several top officials at the Department of Agriculture have left the agency ahead of the new incoming administration of Adam Putnam, an agency spokeswoman said. Technically, all of the officials are on leave until the new agency leaders come in in January. Leaving the agency are deputy commissioner Joanne Brown, Consumer Services Director Luann Stiles, General Counsel Richard Tritschler, Policy and Budget Director Phyllis Vaughn-Gadd, Policy and Budget analyst Frances Coyle, Assistant Director of Consumer Services Miriam Wilkinson, Agricultural Advisory Council Coordinator Richard Gunnels, and public information administrator Terence McElroy.
