University of Florida Professor Emeritus Bill Castle will conduct a pomegranate field day Wednesday near Winter Garden. Although he’s not aware of an existing market for the fruit in Florida, he thinks there’s potential for one in the future, and that it might be a possibility for citrus growers wanting to diversify their crops.
