GA Cotton Planting Been Hit or Miss So Far

The Georgia cotton crop experienced a record yield in 2009, and Richey Seaton, executive director of the Georgia Cotton Commission, says they are optimistic about this season as well. Eventhough, they are dealing with a couple of issues during planting.
