2012 Farm Bill Getting a Jump Start

With some of the major provisions of the last farm bill just now being implemented here in the last few months, some may think it to be a bit premature to already be starting the 2012 Farm Bill Hearings. But American Farm Bureau farm policy specialist, Tara Smith, says due to the multitude of challenges the bill is likely to face, Chairman of the House Agriculture Committee is wanting to get a head start.
