For this week’s Georgia Legislative Report, Georgia Agribusiness Council’s Vice President of Public Affairs, Bryan Tolar, says there has been some recent metal theft from agricultural irrigation systems in Dooly and Houston counties. However, Tolar does notes that Georgia now has policies in place to help deter and apprehend the criminals, thanks in part to last session’s passage of Senate Bill 82.
