The Florida Beef Council met this week at Eastside High School in Gainesville to learn more about Pro Start, where they are working with students to introduce beef dishes into their culinary school training. Council Chairman George Kempfer and Chef Billie DeNunzio talks about how the program works and how the partnership between them is an asset to both sides.
