Mutual CEO Explains Citrus Research Tax Referendum

Mike Sparks Citrus growers will vote in November whether to raise the maximum amount they can be taxed for citrus research from one cent per box to three cents. Approval of the increased rate has been endorsed by Florida Citrus Mutual and the Florida Citrus Production Research Advisory Council.
