The dates have been set for these two important educational opportunities for those interested and involved in the fresh citrus deal. The Citrus Packinghouse Day will be at the Citrus Research and Education Center at Lake Alfred on Thursday, August 27, 2009. THe Indian River Post Harvest Workshop is scheduled for the next day, Friday August 28, 2009, to be held at the Indian River Research and Education Center in Ft Pierce.
