The Farm and Ranch Lands Protection Program (FRPP) administered by the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service is accepting applications for funding on a continuous basis but those who want to receive consideration for funding in this fiscal year must submit their applications by June 1.
Assistant State Conservationist Steve Musser says that even though FRPP has been in previous farm bills many people may not realize its value to the ag industry.
