More Ethanol Blended into Gasoline?

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack says he would like to see the ethanol blend rate into gasoline raised from the current rate of 10 percent. Visack would like the Environmental Protection Agency to look into the possible increase with backup study effects done by the Agricultural Department
Secretary Vilsack says increasing the ethanol blend rate would help a struggling ethanol industry.
