The Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) and Flame Engineering have been working together to inform poultry producers about the Propane Flame Sanitizer. Director of Agriculture for Flame Engineering, Steve Koch, says that the process uses heat instead of chemicals to clean poultry houses.
