One of the speakers at the 2009 Beltwide Cotton Conference underway in San Antonio was Tom Hebert with Ogilvy Government Relations in Washington D.C. as he talked about conservation programs in the new farm bill, and the fact he is optimistic the Obama administration will work actively in ways to make sure these programs work for farmers in the new year.
