After six years, the country of origin labeling initiative that was part of the 2002 Farm Bill finally goes into effect today.
Under Secretary of Agriculture Bruce Knight says it will be at least another six months before the law is enforced.
Knight says they worked hard to make sure the law took concerns of all stakeholders into account.
