Many central Florida agriculture folks remember Polk County-based real estate broker Dean Saunders from his days in the state Legislature a few years back. Since then, Saunders has built his real estate firm by helping keep his clients “in the know” and on the cutting edge of what is going on with regard to the state’s roller coaster real estate industry.
