Farm Bill Update

A budget framework has finally been resolved for a new farm bill but the Senate Finance and House Ways and Means Committees still needs to decide on where the additional farm bill funding is coming from.

Senate Ag Committee chairman Tom Harkin says the framework is at the $10 billion above baseline level.
