Florida Growers Get Amended USDA Rule

Richard KinneyUSDA did release their amended rules concerning the shipping of fresh fruit out of Florida today, and we were able to get comments from Richard Kinney, executive Vice President of the Florida Citrus Packers Association on how the ruling will affect growers and packers in the state.
