The Georgia Agricultural Commodity Commission for Equine is urging drivers to put the car before the horse – the horse license plate, that is.
The commission is having an art contest for the design of the new license plate. Deadline for submissions of artwork is Friday, November 30, 2007. Details are available on-line here.
