Country of origin labeling was part of the 2002 Farm Bill but it has yet to be implemented. Gary Cooper was recently in Washington DC and asked Florida Congressmen Adam Putnam and Allen Boyd about COOL and what they think will happen in the next farm bill with the labeling issue.
