Cold temperatures across the Southeast this past week may have damaged crops a number of crops – both field crops and specialty crops. Preliminary reports indicate fruit, vegetable and ornamental crops around the southeast were impacted, in addition to early emerging wheat and corn. Both Alabama and Georgia are expecting significant losses.
