The Alabama Horse Council and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System are offering a program next month called the Alabama REIN (Regional Equine Information Network), which will be taught via interactive satellite at various sites throughout the state in 10 three-hour sessions beginning at 6 p.m. (CT)every Monday and Thursday evening from Oct. 2 through Nov. 2.
